RESERVATION POLICIES
All reservations must be sent by e-mail and are valid
only with confirmed sign
of the yatch tour operator.
· Air tickets to/from Galapagos Islands must be issued by The Galápagos Tour Operator, otherwise a “non issuance fee” of USD 50 + VAT per person will be applied with no exception.
· Reservations made 90 or more days prior the departure have 10 days to confirm with deposit of 40% of the amount per person.
· Reservations made between 89 to 60 days prior the departure have 5 days to confirm with deposit of 40% of the amount per person
· Reservations made between 59 or less days prior the departure have to pay immediately the deposit of 40% of the amount per person.
· Balance due must be paid 30 days prior the departure
· Reservations made 30 or less days prior the departure
have to pay TOTAL amount immediately.
IF EXPIRED DEADLINES AND HAVE NO APPLICATION FOR
EXTENSION
TIERRA VERDE TOUR OPERATOR CAN MAKE USE OF THE
RESERVED SPACES WITHOUT NOTICE AND WITH NO OPTION TO CLAIM BY THE CLIENT.

POLICIES WILL BE APPLIED STRICTLY AND WITHOUT EXCEPTION-
CANCELLATION POLICIES
- Cancellations can be made 120 days prior the departure with no fees.
- Cancellations made between 119-90 days prior departure of the cruise $250 per person will be charged like penalty.
- Cancellations made between 89-30 days prior departure of the cruise 40% of the total rate will be charged like penalty.
- Cancellations made between 29-0 days prior departure total fare will be charged like penalty.
